Day 01 Bentota > Ahangama > Galle

You will start off your 2 day tour in Sri Lanka by exploring some of the hotspots along the enchanted Southern coastal belt of the island. We have organized a visit to the Handunugoda Tea Estate which is a virgin white tea factory. You will take part in a tea tasting session, have the chance to purchase tea and thereafter enjoy a delicious hot cup of Ceylon tea with some delicious chocolate cake.  Then we head towards the coast of Koggala to watch the beautiful sight of stilt fishermen and listen to stories of how the art is practised. Your final pit-stop for the day will be the Galle Fort which exudes Dutch and Portuguese influence. The fort has many interesting sights including a National Museum, Maritime museum and a lighthouse.

Handunugoda Tea Estate

Visit Handunugoda Tea Factory which is also known as the Virgin White Tea Factory. Learn the history of the tea that this factory produces. Get to know how the famous Virgin White Tea is plucked and processed completely untouched by human hands. Engage in a tasting session with a delicious cup of tea and scrumptious chocolate cake. Get a chance to purchase some tea leaves as a souvenir.

Stilt Fishermen Sri Lanka

Watch the captivating sight of fishermen perched on stilts in the waters along the coast of Koggala. Galle Fort

Day 2 Galle > Mirissa > Bentota

From Galle, you will heading towards Mirissa which offers you the opportunity to watch Whales. This 5 hour tour will allows you tob see these gigantic mammals in their natural habitat, promotes responsible tourism while you will get the chance to see sperm whales, blue whales and fin whales swim off the coast of the South part of the island. Once the tour is complete you will be transported back to Bentota.

Whale Watching Mirissa

This tour gives you an opportunity to see the biggest mammals on earth, the whales, in their natural habitat. Get a chance to see blue whales, sperm whales and fin whales as they swim in the waters to the south of Sri Lanka. Gain more knowledge about the whales as a species from a qualified naturalist and learn to identify them. This tour gives you a responsible whale watching experience with a minimal imprint on nature.
